View Point Health is dedicated to our employees. Part of that dedication includes providing our employees with competitive and comprehensive benefits package.

Health Benefits

Under the State Health Benefit Plan, employees may choose single or family coverage in one of two Health Maintenance Organizations (HMO), Health Reimbursement Arrangements (HRA) or High Deductible Health Plans (HDHP). Each plan offers a full range of benefits, including prescription drug coverage. View Point Health pays approximately 75% of the cost of the health plans. Employee costs will depend on the coverage and options chosen.
